1/2 aduki beans
1 head lettuce
1/4 cup radishes, sliced
1/4 cup celery, diced

DRESSING
1 1/2 teaspoons umeboshi plum paste
3 Tablespoons   roasted tahini (sesame butter)
2 teaspoons fresh parsley, minced
3/4 cup water
